well, this is my first purchase of pouring fondant. i admit the price tag is a little intimidating, but the product is really, really nice. i haven't found another product of similar quality in my area. i LOVE to bake and have needed "pouring" fondant for some of my recipes. i've tried to make it myself a few times and it's alway unpredictable - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't! i am making cupcakes for a friends wedding and my icing recipe calls for pouring fondant to be added. this was my perfect excuse to make the spluge and purchase caullet pouring fondant. :) the container is huge and will last me a long time. looking forward to trying many more recipes with this great product!
