"old gypsy"
Never has there been a commercial Bearnaise Sauce that even approximates a home made version. This is the one and only "real deal". The flavor and consistency are perfect for any of the familiar uses...atop a great steak, vegetables or simply with a spoon. I only wish it were stocked in one of my local markets! It is spectacular and delicious.
