I search for good marmalade all the time. So far this is the best I have found. Nice strong bitter undertone and not overly sweet. Far better than most of the other premium marmalades, but perhaps matched by Scandinavian Delights. Marmalade added to quick breads, peanut butter cookies and balsamic type salad dressings magnifies and adds surprise to cooking. It is hard to overuse marmalade! It doesn't have to be on a croissant!

We recently visited Paris and had this marmalade at our hotel. We loved it. We found it here locally in Spain and have bought it for home. It is really delicious. The strawberry is also very good.
