Bottarga di MuggineApr 13, 2012
By camperlady Leave it to the Italians to think of a way to make something so delicious from mullet eggs. I first had this in Italy with polenta, and then I saw Mario Battali on the Chew making a dish with it. A very good basic ingredient, delicious in a salty way, good for base of salad dressing, on pasta...Quick service from your bottarga supplier and a hand written note.
