Cabernet Vinegar a good substitute for Five MonksNov 16, 2010

This Cabernet Vinegar from Spain is a good substitute for the Five Monks line that was discontinued. It has an excellent flavour and acidity for cooking. However, I recommend ordering at least two bottles because shipping will kill the savings of getting just one bottle. Almost doubles the cost.
