By Ryan Peirce i got this product to make the wonderful Momofuku Milk Bar cookies and its great!
much better flavor and consistency of product than using corn syrup.
this particular brand comes in an easy to use container and stores well.
make the change for better chew in your cookies!

By Joshua P Pellittieri I too got this syrup to make the cookies and confections from the incredible Momofuku Milk Bar cookbook. It's pure glucose, unlike several of the other products on this site and in stores. If you're a serious baker, who either needs glucose for a recipe or just to experiment with in your baking, this is the stuff you want.

I loved the less sweet taste than corn syrup but when making my carmels the heat point seems different than corn syrup. The flavor was super just need for practice.

By James As a cardiologist, I recommend glucose instead of Sugar. Glucose is energy of life. Remember Fructose, which is a monosachaide the carbohydrate of fruits makes you fat like a Bear.
