I like this form (the syrup) more than the bottles of elderflower that are ready to drink. The syrup is wonderful mixed with Perrier water that has a touch of lime. I also prefer the syrup because I can use it in other ways as well (e.g. on pancakes, ice cream, etc.) I have yet to serve this to anyone that did not like it.

A bit expensive, but a good treat.
This syrup is good. Enjoy it mixed with carbonated water, makes a very sweet but florally beverage. Bought it for my wife who enjoys girly non-alcoholic drinks and her whole family enjoyed it over the holidays... there was nothing left to bring home after a few days spent with the family.
