I had always wanted to try duck confit. These rose to the level of hope in taste with more meat than I expected from the photo. The tough plastic pockets were ideal for protecting the food.

Made casoulet with Duck confit, I took some to work to my 57 year old co worker He said it ranked in the top 5 meals that he had ever eaten.

Found a recipe for a wild game cassoulet and it called for duck confit. Had duck confit on a trip to paris and LOVED it. To much trouble for me to make though. But I digress, back to the cassoulet. This was exactly what I needed, taste was wonderful, shipping prompt. Would recommend it highly.
