This will be brief as I cannot describe how wonderful these are. I followed the Julia Child/Jean Louis Paladin recipe for fireplace duck breast w/thyme and I cannot get enough on a snowy winter evening. Beautifully rendered fat, crispy skin, so perfect. Arrived next day, very well packed with ice packs inside. Amazing quality product that is enough for 4-5 people.
Just don't overcook it.
