Olive Oil Agrumato Lemon
The perfect balance of extra virgin olive oil and lemon flavor in agrumato oils is achieved through the traditional method of adding actual lemons to the olives when pressing, and then centrifuging out the water to give the oil a purely natural lemon flavor with a clean, crisp finish. Exquisite on fish and in a variety of vegetable salads.

Excellent but intense olive oilMar 09, 2013

This is an excellent product, but it must be used sparingly, since the lemon aroma and flavor are very concentrated. It should just be used to finish a dish, not to sauté or fry with; I would also not recommend it in a salad dressing as the major oil component, but you could drizzle a few drops over the final mixed salad. It also comes with a cork with a thin pouring spout, which helps control the flow, and is an indication of how little you need to use. It imparts a wonderful citrus zing, which complements a wide range of food, from pasta to grilled vegetables to chicken to fish--basically anything you would use lemon on.
An expensive habit!Sep 19, 2012
Delcious on salads, with fresh lemon juice and sea salt...but ouch! You sure don't get much for the money. We save it for special occasions, and it still goes too fast!

I was given this olive oil for Christmas and assumed that it was a flavored or infused olive oil. It isn't. The lemons are actually pressed with the olives and what a difference that makes! I generally make my salad dressing the way my Italian father did....EVOO and lemon, as the acidic, with Italian herbs and garlic. This oil is so tasty that I'm happy just drizzling it over my salad. I used it in a recipe for my book club members the other day, and everyone mentioned the fantastic lemon taste. It didn't overwhelm, it just made it perfect.
