Incredible taste!Jan 29, 2011

I was given this olive oil for Christmas and assumed that it was a flavored or infused olive oil. It isn't. The lemons are actually pressed with the olives and what a difference that makes! I generally make my salad dressing the way my Italian father did....EVOO and lemon, as the acidic, with Italian herbs and garlic. This oil is so tasty that I'm happy just drizzling it over my salad. I used it in a recipe for my book club members the other day, and everyone mentioned the fantastic lemon taste. It didn't overwhelm, it just made it perfect.
