my favorite cheese in the worldFeb 05, 2013
By Nancilee Wydra Picture sheep in the Pyrenees and the farmer that brings the milk pails to the churn to drain the moisture from this product. This cheese is heaven and if you have never tried it do yourself a favor and buy it.
Delicious dessert cheeseDec 10, 2012
By S. Moret I was introduced to Petit Basque cheese at a winery in Northern California. I have never seen it at any store before, so was pleased to find it on Amazon. Very nice size round, good price for that size cheese...
I love it!Sep 10, 2012
By Carole Mathison Ever since I learned I can not eat cheese made from cows, I found good substitutes with goat cheese. However, once I found P'tit Basque, I've not missed cow cheeses at all. It's creamy yet firm, is delicious, has wonderful nuances of flavors. P'tit Basque is my favorite cheese of all time.

Gourmet cheese loses flavor due to poor packagingMay 07, 2012
By Art I have ordered this cheese several times from other sources and thoroughly enjoyed the flavor and texture. However this time the cheese arrived packed only in styrofoam peanuts in a box. The cheese was not wrapped and arrived somewhat dried out.
