I ordered the elderflower pressée out of curiosity, because I had read several British novels in which the characters were drinking it and it sounded interesting. We brought three bottles to a birthday brunch with friends and although no one had ever heard of it, everyone loved it. I thought there'd be an extra bottle for our hostess to keep but the guests finished them all. I would definitely buy it again; it is excellent when something non-alcoholic is preferred, or even as a choice when wine is also being served. The taste is light, mildly sweet, and very refreshing.

I just love this product. The taste is so refreshing and very reminiscent of an English summer day. I like to sip it slowly, ice cold, from a tall fluted glass and imagine myself sitting in an English country garden. I would absolutely buy this product again and highly recommend it to anyone interested in a very refreshing alternative to soda or wine.

On my visit to Cambridge, England, this summer to visit my son and daughter-in-law, they served Elderflower Sparkling Presse. I loved it; sparkling, refreshing, delicious--a nice change from the customary drinks served in the summer. I was thrilled to see that I could have it when I returned home to Texas through Amazon. I ordered a case, and everyone I have served it to has loved it. I'll be ordering another case soon!!
