5A cheese lover's cheeseJan 14, 2012
By Sherpa
Aged cheeses are the perfect thing to buy in quantity...and we did. What a nice find. This is an outstanding product, especially when comparing the taste-to-price ratio. I think the prices being asked for the Italian imports are ridiculous. In a blind taste test, I know this would equal other parmesans going for 10 times the price....guaranteed. It doesn't matter if you can't eat it all in a week, it will age perfectly for months in your frig.

I love love this cheese, the price is great and the texture is amazing. I've been buying from this company for a while and I don't have any complaint. this cheese taste just like the italian cheese that you would spend a lot of money on and while you can get this one twenty times cheaper! getting ready to order more because I cook a lot with it but it always last me for four months which is a lot with six people in my family.

5Got great price on closeout specialMay 27, 2010

vendor offered great price of less than $10/lb last year and the
quality is extremely high and I think better than Italian imports.
I cut it up with my miter saw into wedges and hand grate as
needed. Excellent quality cheese I use on lots of dishes.
