Whether you think of it as brie with a kick of blue cheese or a baby-step towards liking blue cheese, Saga is love at first bite. I was never a blue cheese fan, but this has just a little something something in every bite, but not too much, and the brie part is really creamy. Blue Brie (12 ounces) by Gourmet-Food.com Enjoy!

I have been eating this cheese for the last fifteen years. I believe it is the best, by far, spreadable blue cheese on the market.
