This vinegar has a subtle tomato flavor that is intriguing. If is a very welcome change from the common balsamic vinegar. The shipping, at $10, is insane, but I ordered 12 bottles, and the shipping was only $13. Lots of friends will be getting tomato vinegar for Christmas presents this year.

If you have never tried this product, WATCH OUT.
Don't expect a happy, zippy flavor with this product.

I dicoverd this product while staying in Arenzano,Itay a few years back. If you like tomatoes you should love this. It adds great flavor to salads as well as sauces or anywhere you would use vinegar
I brought a few bottles home and when I ran out I looked for it here in the US without success til now.
Yipee!
