I've been using Valrhona chocolate for a number of years now and always get big compliments on the results. It's tons better than grocery store chocolate, or name brands like Godiva or Ghirardelli. If you like white chocolate, this is the best. When I started shopping for Valrhona, I did a lot of comparison shopping for price, and ChefShoppe was the best. I've bought many things from them now, and never had a complaint about their quality or service.
