Very good product. Excellent in salads and to cook. Much lighter and less acidic than vinegar. My only concern is shelf life.

Somethng new for me in the bar. Learned about this tpye product on the History Channel. Plan to experiment with different cocktails. Use in place of lime juice, lemon juice and/or sweet and sour.Plan to buy more.
