Shipping Information & Restrictions:
Shipping costs are calculated according to the schedule below. Standard shipping rates are based on order amount. Expedited shipping rates are equal to the standard rate plus an additional $16.95. Expedited shipping is required for all perishable items.

We would like to ship anything to any place, unfortunately, it's not always possible.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's or FPO's.
- We cannot ship outside the contiguous United States (at this time).
- Due to weight, some items may not be available for expedited shipping.
- There may be other restrictions to certain areas. If this is the case, we will notify you before your shipment will be processed.
- In the event of inclement weather and or natural disaster, it is possible that delivery may be restricted or impaired. We cannot assume responsibility in these instances.
- We cannot assume responsibility for incorrect addresses and for damages to product on shipments left outside with customer's authorization.
- We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Expedited orders placed on a Thursday will ship on the first business day of the new week.
- Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
- In the unlikely event that a product received is incorrect, spoiled or a shortage is determined in the shipment, Chefswarehouse.com must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of said product for a credit to be issued and or processed and or a re-shipment enacted.
