Garofalo Thin Spaghetti #27 Garofalo
  • In 1154 the geographer Edrisi, in his work Kitab-Rugiar (The book of Ruggiero), wrote about tria (in Sicilian dialect tria means very thin spaghetti). Today in Sicily Capellini (Angel Hair) are still called tria. In the work of Edrisi he writes that in the town of Trabia people produced vermicelli in great quantities to supply the muslim areas of Southern Italy.
