Our Greek Olive Mix is non-GMO, harvested, sorted and even mixed by hand to prevent bruising and ensure quality that is second to none. While the varietals may sometimes change depending on crop and harvest, we typically include Kalamata, Halkidiki and Mt. Pelion.
