  • Aged for at least a year in underground caves near Lucere Switzerland, the master cheesemakers of Emmi develop a rustic, somewhat oily rind with a rich, beefy flavors that are tempered by hints of apple and pair. This cheese is excellent in a fondue, gratin, or melted in a sandwich paired with a crisp white wine.
