SICOLY®’s frozen and sweetened morello cherry purée is made from Oblacinska cherries picked at optimum ripeness in Serbia. The selected cherries are processed into fruit purée in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture).
