SICOLY’s frozen and sweetened raspberry purée is made from a blend of Willamette and Mecker (guaranteed minimum) raspberries harvested at optimum ripeness. The selected raspberries are processed into fruit purée in our production facilities. The pulp obtained is then de-aerated in order to eliminate any risk of micro-oxidation and is heat treated by a special, ultra-rapid ohmic heating process, which contributes to preserving all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh fruit (flavour, colour, texture). Then, the purée is frozen.
